Campbell Labels - Lisa Counselman Coordinator
Collect those Campbell's Label for Education labels and drop them off at any of the three Elementary schools. It only takes a second to clip the UPC Code, and every single point adds up.
In 2009/2010, all three elementary schools combined were able to collect 52,732 points, 37,680 were actual individual labels the rest where from bonus offers, now that is a lot of labels. We were able to get a Huge Ball Cart, Paper Cutters, Hole Punches, a Label Maker, 30 Various DVDs, 38 Playground balls, 72 Jump Ropes, to mention a few items.
Our goal this year is going to be 50,000 labels.
The classrooms will have an ongoing contest, the class with the most labels turned in for the month gets a treat and possession of the Labels for Education trophy. The class with the most for the year will get a pizza party. Check out the Campbell's web site for this month's winner, see how we are doing with our goal, and check out our wish list for this year.
Do you have a Kroger card? Sign up for the elabels program today, designate Napoleon Area Schools PTO as your school and we will automatically get 100 points. That is like clipping 100 cans of soup in only 5 minutes. Then every time you buy a Labels item at Kroger we will automatically get the points, cli them too equals double points. Then link can be found on the Campbell's site or go to elabelsforeducation.com (notice the "e" in front).

Drink Pouch Brigade - Amy Morman Coordinator
Drink Pouch Brigade! A great way to raise money for our schools and help teach our kids about recycling. Any drink pouch that you use can be collected and turned in to your child's school. Our PTO volunteers will collect these pouches, send them into TerraCycle and they will be made into a new product and TerraCycle will pay us $0.02 per pouch! All you and your kids need to do is drink the pouches completely, take out the straw, collec them in a bag (sealable baggies work great) and when you are ready send them with your child to school. We currently have collection stations at West Elementary, C.D. Brillhart Elementary, and Central Elementary. Each Schools collection station is located in the lunchroom (gymnasium) and is always set out at lunch time.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the 2010-2011 PTO representative for Drink Pouch Brigade Amy Morman at 419-966-4168.
