Mission

It is the mission of the Napoleon Area School District to Lead, Learn and Live in Pursuit of Excellence.

GOALS INCLUDE, BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:

1. Grow internal relationships with all staff members of the school district based on dignity
   and respect and the sharing of ideas.
2. Develop curriculum and instruction continuity within the district.
3. Create technological opportunities for all district employees.
4. Create professional development opportunities for all district employees.
5. Grow external relationships and communications with the community.
